Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
Agreement
These terms cover your use of Slidea. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Slidea for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
Your account
You need an account to use Slidea, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account can hold several brand accounts, each with its own carousels and photo library. You are responsible for everyone you give access to.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the images you upload and the carousels you make. We claim no ownership.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, render it into slides, show it back to you, and publish it to the accounts you have connected and scheduled to. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
What you upload
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. That matters more than it sounds: images found on the web, on social platforms or on image boards are usually owned by someone, and uploading them here does not change that.
You agree not to use Slidea to:
- upload content you do not have the rights to publish
- post anything unlawful, hateful, or that harasses someone
- impersonate a person or organisation
- break the rules of a social platform you have connected
- attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's accounts
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
Connected social accounts
Connecting a social profile lets Slidea send what you schedule to it, as a draft or, if you choose, as a post published on your behalf. You remain responsible for what gets posted, including anything you schedule and later forget about.
Those platforms have their own rules and their own APIs. If a platform changes or withdraws access, or rejects a post, publishing may stop working through no fault of ours. You can disconnect a profile at any time.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If we change prices, we will tell you before the change applies to your subscription.
Availability
We work to keep Slidea running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your work.
Liability
Slidea is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like by emailing hello@slidea.app from the address you sign in with. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we are legally required to. Once closed, we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and any dispute will be heard by the courts there.
